A Grace Care Adviser will call you at a pre-arranged time to discuss your situation. They will listen to your concerns and discuss any difficulties you may have regarding care. They will then send you relevant information which will act as a useful first step in helping you resolve your care issues and research appropriate care.
Care search
Telephone consultation, care advice and care search

Book a telephone consultation with a Grace Care Adviser for a time convenient to you. Your Care Adviser will listen to your needs and wishes and will discuss your situation in detail. They will then use Grace’s extensive knowledge of care providers to send you a report on the most ideal services. This might be a shortlist of home carers or vacancies in care homes, with costs and inspection reports. Your Care Adviser will remain available for further follow up, advice and reporting, until you have found the best answer.
Care visit and search
Home visit, care advice and care search

Book a meeting with a Grace Care Adviser at a location and time convenient to you. Families usually prefer this when the person requiring care is more able to take an active part in planning their own care. This meeting can often help unlock new ideas and resolve any different views that a family may have. Following the discussion, your Care Adviser will use Grace’s extensive knowledge of care providers to send you a report on the most ideal services, as for the Grace Search service, and will remain available for further follow up, advice and reporting, until you have found the best answer.
Care visit and accompaniment
Visit, Care Advice and Care Search plus personalised vetting of suitable vacancies

This service incorporates the complete range of Grace services described above with the additional benefit of accompanied visits to view care homes or interview home carers. This service is particularly helpful to clients who feel reassured by the presence of an experienced Care Adviser when meeting care providers. It is also especially useful for busy clients who have difficulty finding time to view all the options or for people returning from abroad.
Care assessment & monitoring
Price on application
The Grace Care Adviser will visit to carry out a detailed care or nursing assessment and then provide a full written report with recommendations regarding current and future care needs. The Care Adviser can also continue to visit on a periodic basis to monitor care needs and report on changing requirements.
