SPECIAL NEEDS & NEURODIVERSITY ADVICE
We know that navigating 'the system', accessing assessments and managing conditions can be frustrating and often feels like an uphill struggle - we are here to help.
Our dedicated team of Special Needs and Neurodiversity Advisers provides you with the support you need to make the best decisions, regardless of age or stage of life.
Telephone consultation -
What to expect
The first step is to get in touch. Call, email or use the contact form. Once we have an understanding your needs and the complexity of your situation, we’ll identify the best service to help you.
A telephone consultation is arranged with your dedicated Grace Adviser. During the consultation your adviser will listen to you carefully. Through conversation and questions, they will build the full picture. They will provide you with advice, guidance and support.
Research and communication
Following the consultation, your adviser will email you a summary of your conversation - a helpful checklist for you to work through.
They will use their expertise to carry out research, centred on your needs and wishes. For example, you may require information on the most suitable assessment and diagnostic services, on strategies to support behaviour, on sleep, school guidance or available financial support.
Whatever your situation, your adviser will provide expert advice and information, together with helpful supporting documents.
Bespoke research
For more complex situations, where multi-issue advice is required, further communication and research will be carried out to help you achieve your goals. Your adviser will use their knowledge to analyse your issues and provide you with the detailed advice and support you need.
The adviser will check on your progress and give you the support you need.
Actions summary
Once all the research has been carried out, you will receive a summary confirming your plan of action.
Armed with the information and knowledge you have gathered from your adviser you can feel confident that you can take the right steps to move forward.
