Established in 1984, Grace Consulting has been helping people make the right care decisions for more than three decades. Our service is wholly independent and is tailored to the needs of the individual. With a brand-new website and more online visits than ever before, now's the perfect time to explore what makes Grace stand out.

We're connected

The Grace website has had a makeover and went live on 9 August 2016. Our new layout is easier to navigate and the fresh, contemporary look reflects our professional, caring ethos. There are some handy new features, such as this News page and our business section, so do keep checking back for updates. Coming soon is the Members' Area, where you'll find additional resources and a live chat facility – a quick and easy way to contact a care adviser.

We're experienced

The majority of our care advisers are nursing, occupational therapy and social work professionals. They are selected specifically for their communication skills and their empathy with older people. When supporting clients, our advisers can therefore draw on both professional know-how and real-life experience. Find out more about our care advice team.

We're far-reaching

Our care advisers provide information and advice to clients across the UK and Ireland. We work to each individual's needs, to provide our services within an agreed timeframe and in the format that suits them. Some people want consultations by phone, while others prefer personal visits. For clients based abroad, who may be enquiring on behalf of a relative living over here, we provide telephone and email support. They may live far away, but we can still assist them in finding the best care plan for their loved one.

We're legal-minded

Grace provides expert assistance for solicitors working with vulnerable clients and their families. We provide formal nurse-led assessments of immediate care and welfare needs – reviewing and monitoring existing care, assessing individual care needs, and pricing up care packages. These can prove invaluable when applying for Social Services or NHS funded care, or when appealing against adverse care rulings. Similarly, our independent mental capacity certification service can be accessed by solicitors when writing a will or appointing lasting power of attorney.

We're a genuine staff benefit

Grace works with a number of companies to offer independent care advice to staff. This employee benefit can include our complete range of services, from the care advice line to full case management. And all with the practical and emotional support our clients have come to rely on. A better work-life balance improves staff well-being, resulting in fewer absences and increased productivity.
