Mystery Shopping

Grace Consulting carries out mystery shopping exercises on behalf of Care Home Groups. We are used by leading Care Home Groups to contact care homes throughout the United Kingdom, by a combination of personal visit, telephone and e-mail, and assess and report on the quality of the new customer experience at the point of sale.

Our team of Independent Care Advisers covers the whole of the United Kingdom. We can carry out mystery shopping exercises on large numbers of care homes, assessing the quality of the response of the care home staff, the information provided and the customer experience at first hand and reporting the results back to Care Home Group management.

Fee Benchmarking

Grace Consulting carries out fee benchmarking exercises on behalf of individual care homes or Care Home Groups.

For any given area, Grace Consulting can compare the price, quality and occupation rates of a number of competing homes, including the care home of the company commissioning the work, to enable the commissioning company to determine whether its price points are correct. The service can be provided anywhere within the UK - ideal for a large group with homes across the whole country.

The Care Adviser will score the homes on quality issues evident at the point of decision, using quality-led and perception-led assessment categories. We will then provide individual reports on each of the homes and a summary report comparing all of the homes.
